Our Story

Carlita's Antojitos opened in 2020 when the country was going through a pandemic. Mrs. Carla Gálvez Toso saw the opportunity to open a place where Peruvian delights could be ordered so that they could be delivered or people could pick them up and that way families could savor delicious Peruvian appetizers in their homes. Of course, without the help of her husband Lincoln Gálvez And of her daughter and her right hand in the businesses created by the Gálvez’  María Alejandra could not be missing. Maria Alejandra is the one who delights us with her wonderful Peruvian sweets. Mr. Humberto Toso and Aida Toso also joined, whose tasting and approval of some of the recipes created by Carla helped set up our menu options . In every restaurant and business, wonderful customer service is needed; For that, there was Giancarlo Gálvez whose service made people very happy. Little by little, when more help was needed, Carla Lorena Gálvez (Cookie), Aída Gálvez and Ángel Gabriel Gálvez joined us. In this way, Carlita's would be growing by leaps and bounds, since Mrs. Gálvez always keeps in mind that unity is strength.
